Made this for my 11 year olds birthday breakfast... boy was it yummy! Everyone LOVED it! It was super easy to make, and fed a large group.

I made these muffins for the first time last night... and boy were they a hit! Super easy to make, and they came out moist and delicious. Had them warm with butter for dessert, and leftovers for breakfast this morning. I had never used a recipe that had nutmeg in it... it was a great touch!
