@Christopher51: 1.Sorry I forgot to mention sesame oil in the ingredients and thanks to you for bringing this to my attention. 2.Ajinomoto is a flavor enhancer, it gives Umami taste to Asian recipes(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umami.) @graceelou31: Ajinomoto and Soy sauce are different. But soy sauce has the Umami taste so you can replace ajinomoto with soy sauce.

Nope both soy sauce and soya sauce are same. In India we call soya sauce.
