Lemongrass Chicken is an adaption from a Southeast Asian-Vancouver fusion recipe. The marinade creates a sweet-salty glaze with mild heat. It can be served with white rice and sugar snap peas (steamed or stir fried with sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes).
