I am a marketing analyst with a passion for music and food! I love experimenting with new ingredients and challenging myself with different kinds of recipes. As a singer it just seems right to incorporate music and food!

favorite foods:

TEX-MEX, mexican food, and mexican food!! Oh, and I like pretty much everything else. I am definitely not a picky eater...did I mention I love Mexican food! :)

Queso is simply one of my favorite foods. My family has mixed Velveeta and Rotel for years as a tasty party food. I have taken this popular and simple recipe and jazzed it up a bit. Nothing says party to me than a giant bowl of melted cheese!! Yummy!
