Not all egg salads are created equal. Not enough ingredients and you have egg on toast. Too much and you've got a soggy tasteless mess. This recipe gets it just right - crunchy, springy, sweet, tangy. Perfect for staying in on a rainy day in front of the fireplace.
A spectacular morning dish that is as beautiful to look at as it is tasty. A wonderful combination of eggs, sausage, tortillas and cheeses with a secret ingredient or two along the way. So impossible to resist... so satisfying... you'll be thinking about it for the rest of the day!
Here's a simple and delicious chicken meatball recipe! The heavenly aroma will bring neighbors to your door! Fantastic on their own or in a sandwich slathered in your favorite sauces and veggies!
Hold on to your sombreros! This meal will send you reeling (to the couch for a nice comfort nap after consuming). Crispy chickpeas soaking up the beautful red chorizo juice - a visual and an aroma that cannot be beat. A great meal for any time of day.
The only regret I have in putting this meal together last night was that I neglecgted to take any picutres of the streams of juice that dripped from these finished burgers, snaked around our fingers as we ate, and rained down onto our plates. If you decide to make these, look forward to the experience. It's an extra perk of these decadent dream-burgers.
Here’s a soup so tangy and packed with flavor, I refused to share it with anyone… not even MG. In fact, I went out of my way to call him up after I polished off my first bowl to say, “I made an amazing soup tonight… and guess what? You’re not getting any of it!” I guess that’s a little bit of the “baby brother” coming out of me. I am the youngest of four, after all. Or it could just be that I’m a jerk.
