about me:

I am a 20 year veteran of the road. I have drove in all the lower 48 states plus Canada and Mexico. Right now I am a home health provider for my girl friend and I do all the cooking at home and I also cook for most of her family get togethers. I have been cooking since I was 7 and I love to cook. While I was still in High school I was also taking college classes to become a proffesional cook and studied under a chef from Mackinac Island in northern Michigan.

favorite foods:

Lassanga, chicken cooked in wine, beef and pork, pies and cakes and peanutbutter fudge.
