I have been disabled for 25 yrs. I have had a kidney transplant 22 yrs. I have done very well all these yrs. I love to cook for me and my husband A.J. We have been married 30 yrs. My health has given us some bads times but God has blesses me and us with love and grace.

favorite foods:

We lovre Italian, and Mexican. My cooking skills consist of good old home cooking. Meds. gave me diabeties and A.J. has had 5 by-pass open heart surgery. So we try and watch fat, carbs and etc.
