It turned out splendidly, tastes quirky good, with the BBQ and sour cram, good flavor. the capers and red wine vinegar gave it that extra savory tartness. I also added a Tbsp of olive oil. I will add the recipe here or on my blog by Monday.

I heard a report that coffee helps prevent a lot of cancers, not the caffeine specifically, but the complexities of the coffee itself. Drink a small cup of brew and lay off the sodas. Give it a try.
Thanks for the email. I did put this data down on the discussion amybyrd made about dinner. If you are around now, we are in community talking about food for this weekend.
Well all that delicious food has caught up with me! The doctor informed me I had to lose weight and bring down the sugar and triglycerides and cholesterol levels, BDQ! So I started right away. Hardly any sugar, litle on the salt, haven't eaten any pasta since Sunday, I actually chose a bowl of reheated sauteed vegetables over ice cream, around 2 AM. Help! I need a cookie! A brownie! Ice cream. I'm crying for ice cream. Drinking water. Haven't had soda in over 2 days. Coffee no sugar. sniff!
this is absolutely fabulous. I am touched that you bettered your time and reached such a pinnacle of personal accomplishment. Truly Greg you are an inspiration! Cheers!
I certainly hope you have been practicing in order to do this running. Make sure to stay hydrated and if you can only go so far ... then you are still a winner. Tomorrow night is EarthHour.org and I hope I can gather some of us here for food and lights out.
Yes, a huge party will be cool. Perhaps monday Night Parties, every other week. My friend used to have people over on Monday evenings to forget the beginning of the work week. Next Monday it was at our other friend's home. It sure helped with Monday Blues.
