I am not really a chef in a sense - but I learned to cook out of necessity - don't we all ?
Almost all of my cooking is a result of experimenting as a result of living alone for so many years.
But it has evolved and I am proud to say I have hosted friends for dinner !
All of my cooking has a touch of Indian flavours - I like it spicy !

Indian, Italian, Quebecois.
