One of the easiest and heartiest appetizers! Purchase pre-sliced cheese and deli meats and this will be a breeze. Not exactly sure where I got this recipe, but it's been floating around for awhile, I believe. Enjoy!
A pleasant diversion from the more traditional potato and leek soup, I opted for cauliflower, instead of the traditional spud. The uniqueness of this soup comes from the spice - garam masala.
