This recipe was given to me at my bridal shower by my mother-in-law. I didn't make these cookies until 8 years later at my daughter's 3rd birthday! They turned out better than any other sugar cookies recipe I have tried.

Quick and easy, and not overly sweet. This icing covers a lot of cookies. It's one I will be using again and again.
