Mom of three wonderful adults and grandma to two beautiful grandchildren. Cooking is a passion especially cajun and soul foods. I like to take recipes and tweet them to make sometimes something completely different. I am in the process of compiling a cookbook for my children to have after I have gone into the wild blue yonder. I only wished I had one with all my mother's recipes. I remember lots of her recipes but there are some I wish I had.
