I saw Julia child cooking w/Masters show Chef from India and she used so many spices and seeds and herbs. but now I understand the proper way to cook basmati rice. Cool. I met a new member yesterday but now I cannot find her. She is from India and has lots of things you might want to see and meet her, too. As soon as I do I will let you know. Coming Saturday?

Yes. It is after sundown and I can see families in my mind's eye celebrating and hearing some of the words they recite. I am glad I wrote about this Jewish holiday. It is a beautiful way to celebrate.
