In an effort to break up with the vending machine I decided to try to make something to healthy to snack on to help me with this transistion. I wanted something spicy and filling that I could eat without chips. If you have time try using fresh ingredients.
I love fruit but sometimes it can be boring. I featured watermelon on my blog and made a variation of a recipe called Watermelon Pizza. Since my slices didn't resemble pizza slices I cubed the watermelon and put all the ingredients in a bowl.
