I created this dish 15 years ago after having my first child. I can assemble it in about 20 minutes, I usually have some pre-cooked brown rice on hand. This feeds my entire family of 5 very quickly. It is easy, delicious and healthy. I hope your family enjoys it as much as we do.

These lovely and delicious fresh figs are filled with a small ball of fresh mozzarella and wrapped in a thin slice of prosciutto. They are then baked in an oven for a few minutes until golden and bubbly. After they are removed from the oven I drizzle a splash of Tracy's wine drizzle over the top to give them a little extra sass. I discovered Tracy's wine drizzles while on vacation in the Niagara on the Lake region of Canada while browsing in a little cooking boutique. This is guaranteed to delight your guests and it is done in only minutes. You can read the entire article on my blog

Bunny, I have a Jack La Lane Juicer that I used one time. I think a blender is so much more practical. Happy New Year.
